Purely Australia Shipping Policy

Once your payment is confirmed, our team works to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your package has been prepared for dispatch.

We aim to have your PURELY Filtered Showerhead delivered within 5–12 business days after your order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location; orders for metro areas are typically processed and delivered faster than those for regional or remote areas.

To keep you informed, tracking information will be provided via email for all orders where available. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress from our facility to your home.

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, Purely is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes once your order has been dispatched. We appreciate your patience should unforeseen logistical issues occur.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of being placed, please contact us at hello@getpurely.com.au so we can investigate the delay and assist you.

Currently, Purely does not offer international shipping. We are focused on providing the best service to our customers right here in Australia.
